Many thanks to all who made the Holiday in the Hills celebration a great success! Farmhouse School, owned by Leslie Meredith, was the perfect setting to host Santa and Mrs. Claus, a huge bonfire for s’more making, carolers from Thompson Middle School, and “chestnuts roasted on an open fire” – roasted by our very own Village President, Michael Tyrrell!
Thank you to the members of the Community Relations Committee who planned, decorated, made cookies, provided toys, and organized the entire event. Lauren Mohr, David Carrell, Bob Burd, Teresa Djukic, Jennifer Gomoll, Kyle Wright, Don Wieland, and Chief and Mrs. Millar.
Thank you to the CERT members, Community Police Academy, and Police Officers who kept the event running smoothly and safely.
