The Village Administrator is responsible for administering programs and policies established by the Village Board. It is the Village Administrator’s responsibility to direct and coordinate the operations of the Village departments and to inform the Village Board on Village affairs, including existing conditions and future requirements.

The Finance Department coordinates the financial administration of the Village. The Village Treasurer is responsible for the oversight of the Finance Department and is responsible for the overall accounting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, and financial planning functions for the Village. These duties also involve providing employee benefit assistance to Village personnel as well as execution of broad financial policies of the Village.
