Programs and policies are established by the Village Board. The Village Board works with staff on Village affairs, setting the financial direction and reviewing existing conditions and future requirements.

Finance
The Finance Department coordinates the financial administration of the Village. The Village Treasurer is responsible for the oversight of the Finance Department and is responsible for the overall accounting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, and financial planning functions for the Village. These duties also involve providing employee benefit assistance to Village personnel as well as execution of broad financial policies of the Village.
